I have created, managed, and developed marketing and digital roles and teams for various sizes and types of organisations. With this experience, I really enjoy being a sounding board for my clients when they are creating new roles or rethinking existing ones. I can support you with crafting of role descriptions through to interviews and onboarding. This can be particularly helpful when there are no other marketing specialists within the organisation to bring expertise to the process or for an external perspective on candidates.
